interested contractors to supply federal agencies with draperies,
bedspreads, cubicle curtains, installation hardware and installation
services. This intent of this agreement is to give federal agencies the
broadest practical selection of fabrics, patterns, colors, textures and
installation options. The goal is to award as many contracts as
possible on a nationwide basis with each contract offering its own
fabric types and installation options so the federal customer can
choose the fabric and service that meets their individual needs, price
