Work includes data collection, analysis and reporting of studies of fish behavior, abundance, and passage of juvenile Pacific Salmon at Bonneville, The Dalles, and John Day Dams. Specific services required may include, but are not limited to, monitoring turbine passage at powerhouses, spillways, and surface structure, and fish distribution in the forebays. To qualify for award of this contract, contractor's must provide documentation showing performance of at least two contracts for conducting fixed aspect hydroacoustic fisheries studies at large hydropower projects in the Columbia River Basin during the last five (5) years. Performance period is for a one year period with four (4) additional one (1) year options, for a total of five (5) years. IFB available on or about November 17, 1995 at no charge.
