N -- REMOVAL, INSTALLATION AND MODIFICATION OF AVIONICS EQUIPMENT SOL SOL RFQ 96-602 DUE 112495 POC Contract Clerk (503) 383-5543 or FAX 503-383-5544 This project consists of removal, installation and modification of avionics equipment. Work to be performed on two Beechcraft Model 58P Baron aircraft. Replacement equipment will be supplied by the Government; incidentals will be the responsibility of the successful contractor(s). Government will deliver and pickup aircraft from the contractor's repair station. Contractor must be FAA certified Avionics Repair Station and Installation Technician and must have a minimum of five years experience in installing Bendix King equipment. Those firms that wish to be considered for this work are requested to submit a letter of interest not later than close of business on November 24, 1995. Letter shall be directed to: Contracting Officer, ATTN: RFQ 96-602, 1645 Highway 20 East, Bend, OR 97701. The letter should also reference RFQ 96-602 and include evidence of certification and experience of technician. The Government anticipates awarding a Time and Materials contract considering such factors as experience, hourly work rate, equipment discounts, and distance from Redmond, Oregon, to a maximum of two firms. Project is set-aside for Small Business Concerns. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. (0306)
