Contractor will be required to provide a 1(800) phone line for dicitation purposes. Dictations will be recorded on contractor owned equipment, transcribed, and returned within 24 hours. Interested parties may obtain a copy of the solicitation by submitting a written request. No Faxed request will be accepted.
