SOLICITATION: (Originally Pre-Solicited as DAHA19-95-B-0029) The project covered by this statement consists of furnishing all plant, supplies, equipment, materials, transportation and labor to construct a masonry vehicle maintenance complex with some steel structure in accordance with the plans and specifications. New work is approximately 10,000 SF. Project includes site work, concrete and bituminous pavements, utility work, as well as a partial suppression system. There are three (3) additive bid items (ABIs) as follows: a). Construct a 4000 SF metal Vehicle Storage Building, including foundation and some utilities, b). Relocation of Building #32 which is approximately 4000 SF, including the removal of the existing footings and paving, c). Demolition of Buildings #04, #05 and #06, removal of utilities serving those buildings, removal of adjacent paving and the relocation of an existing vehicle lift from Building #06. All work to be performed at Barnes Air National Guard Base, Westfield, Massachusetts. Performance period is for three hundred sixtyfive days after receipt of the Notice To Proceed.
