It is anticipated that all units will be unoccupied within one year at which time the contract will be modified to total caretaker status. Contract type is combination Firm Fixed Price/Indefinite Quantity. The applicable SIC and size standard is 1799 and 7.0 mil. The specification contains four one year option periods to be exercised by the government if found to be in its best interest. The option may be exercised without further notice. FAR Clause 52.217-8 Option to extend services will be included in this solicitation.
