16 -- OVERHAUL OF E-2C AIRCRAFT PROPELLERS SOL N00019-95-G-0026 DUE 120695 POC Contact, Mark Schrader, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to contract with the Hamilton Standard Division of United Technologies for the overhaul and repair of E-2C aircraft propellers. Hamilton Standard is the sole source designer, developer and manufacturer of the propeller (part number 54460-1) for the E-2C Aircraft and has a forty year investment in the design, development, production and maintenance of the E-2C propeller. Additionally, Hamilton Standard is the only known source capable of performing the overhaul and repair of aircraft propeller ship sets, which meet the aircraft specification, within the timeframe required.
