16 -- MODIFY E-2C IN ACCORDANCE WITH ECP 367R1 SOL N00019-94-G-0028 POC Contact, Amy Timmermann, Phone (703)604-6100 Naval Air Systems Command intends to contract with Grumman Aerospace Corporation, South Oyster Bay Road, Bethpage, New York, 11714, for the procurement of change kit, including tooling, and installation to modify the E-2C Aircraft in accordance with ECP367-R1, Structural Enhancements. In addition, this order requires the repair of Govenment Furnished Equipment incident to modification. Grumman is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the E-2C Aircraft and is the only company with the technical expertise and intimate knowledge of the E-2C Aircraft to support this requirement in the necessary timeframe.
