This is Notice of Intent to place an order against GSA Contract No. GS00K95AGS5674 with Digital Equipment Corporation for Maintenance of Software for the Model No. QT-VWJ8A-C8, Condist Subscription Service, etc. Period of service will be Oct 95 through Sep 96, with two (2) Option Years. No award will be made on the basis of responses received as a result of the Notice. This is a Notice of Intent to order against a GSA Schedule contract and cannot be considered a solicitation document. Responses to this Notice will be used to determine whether competition exists. No telephone inquires will be accepted. Written responses, including prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability to meet the requirements must be received within 15 days after this notice. If no affirmative responses are received within this time to determine a source more advantageous to the government is available, an order will be placed with the above named vendor against their current GSA schedule.
