This action is to provide direct Psychiatric patient care services at the Acoma-Canoncito-Laguna and Zuni-Ramah Service Units three days each week for twelve (12) months. These services will be provided for the most part out of the Mental Health Program outpatient clinics at Acoma-Canoncito-Laguna Hospital and Zuni Comprehensive Health Center and at the New Sunrise Regional Treatment Center at Acomita but may on occasion be provided at other clinic sites in the Service Units or at the medical inpatient services at Acoma-Canoncito-Laguna Hospital and Zuni Comprehensive Health Center to be determined by the Service Unit Mental Health or Behavioral Health Program Directors. A single award is anticipated to result from this solicitation. Solicitation will be issued on or about November 13, 1995. Period of performance to be effective for one year from date of award and includes three (one) year options. No telephone requests will be accepted.
