Intital deliveries and setups of oxygen concentrators to veteran's residence, including instructions to veterans or family members in the use of the equipment. The contractor must have a certified respiratory therapist on staff to make home visits. The contractor must comply with applicable standards of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization (JACHO) Manual.
