McCarthy, (612) 290-5409 The St. Paul District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, requires the services of a professional business record storage center with storage, retrieval, delivery, and refiling capabilities. There are approximately 2,700 boxes to store and manage, 200 retrieval requests per month, 15-20 boxes added per month, 5-10 boxes destroyed per month, and 70-80 boxes sent to Federal Records Center quarterly. The records must be made available on a 24- hour basis with same day delivery. Period of service will be for a basic year plus 4 option years. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. SIC Code - 7389: The Small Business size standard for this procurement is $5.0 million average annual receipts for the previous 3 fiscal years. The solicitation package for this project is expected to be available about November 27, 1995, with bid opening on or about December 27, 1995.
