We are soliciting in-kind donations or sponsorship for the Easter Egg Hunt and Buffet to be held in April 1996. The children's age groups for the hunt will be 1 to 3 yrs, 4 to 6 yrs and 7 to 10 yrs. We would like to have sponsors donate gift certificates ranging from $5.00 to $50.00. The theme being Easter, huge stuffed animals and large Easter baskets or other related items for children will be accepted. The items will be given away at the Easter Buffet as door drawings and winners for the Easter Egg Hunt. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received not later than 1 April 1996. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the Government. (307)
