MacDill AFB has a requirement for a maintenance contract to be acquired for the base hospital's computerized axial tomagraphy scanner model CT-9800 Quick, S/N #82774CN1: IAW MFG. Period of service will be from 15 Nov 95 - 30 Sep 96. Contractor will provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities and transportation necessary to perform preventive maintenance inspections and ``on-call'' total service which includes coverage from 8:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. Monday through Friday. Service also to include all parts (excluding consumables), including GE tubes. Maintenance covers insite for remote diagnostics and applications support, detector coverage and parts are guaranteed to meet the model CT-9800 Quick, S/N #82774CN1: IAW MFG specifications.
