Russell on (202)482-1967 The Department of Commerce intends to negotiate with the Stouffer Harborplace, 202 East Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21202, on a sole-source basis for Hotel Conference Facilities and banquet services for the MUENSTER conference being held January 9 & 10, 1996. The facilities shall accommodate at a minimum up to 293 sleeping rooms a night, facilities to include a general meeting room to hold up to 125 people hollow square for 24, perimeter seating theatre, a separate room to accommodate a breakfast for 200, a luncheon for 150 and a dinner/reception for 250, 7 separate rooms to accommodate 50-65 people theater style with a head table, 1 room to be set-up as an office (1/6 - 1/10). Banquet services will include 2 breakfasts, 2 luncheons and 1 dinner/reception. If no responses are received within 15 days after publication the government will begin negotiations with the Stouffer.
