It is the intention of this solicitation to obtain construction, alteration and repair of Government Facilities by means of an indefinite quantity job contract (JOC) at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, IN, and other Naval Installations in Indiana, Ohio & Kentucky. JOC will be effective for a base year consisting of a thirteen (13) month period. This contract also provides for an additional three (3) twelve (12) month option years and one (1) eleven (11) month option year to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Delivery or performance shall be specified in individual delivery orders issued hereunder. The Contractor shall perform any or all functions specified in Section ``C'' in accordance with the scope of work contained in individual delivery orders under this contract. Services for the base period shall be at the unit prices specified in Means Repair & Remodeling Cost Data, Commercial/Residental (latest edition); Means Building Construction Cost Data, (latest edition); and the Means Data for Windows, Facilities Composite Cost Data (latest version), (hereafter collectively referred to as MEANS) multiplied times the applicable coefficients. This is a negotiated procurement consisting of submission of technical and price proposals. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this procurement is 1541 and the size standard is 17 million. Value is a guaranteed minimum of $500,000.00 and NTE $10,000,000.00. This acquisition is unrestricted.
