Z -- INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT FOR ASBESTOS ABATEMENT AND RELATED SERVICES IN THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREA OF CINCINNATI OH DISTRICT Solicitation #232098-96-A-0069. Due 121595. The contract resulting from this solicitation will include miscellaneous asbestos abatement and related work at various leased and postal owned facilities located in the Cincinnati OH District Area: (Counties in OH; Adams, Brown, Clinton, Highland, Butler, Clermont, Hamilton, Warren, Preble. Counties in KY: Boone, Campbell, Kenton, Bracken, Carroll, Fleming, Gallantin, Grant, Mason, Pendleton, Robertson, Harrison. Counties in IN: Dearborn, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley & Switzerland). At the discretion of the Contracting Officer, one or more contracts may be awarded. Contractors must have a minimum of three (3) years experience as of the date of issue in general construction work. Contractors must also possess the capabilities of working at least three to five jobs at the same time. Specific Work Order/s will be issued by the Contracting Officer in accordance with the Unit Price Schedule and Specifications. One or more ``Work Orders'' will be issued totaling not less than $10,000 nor more than $250,000.00 during a two (2) year period of the contract. The Postal Service guarantees no specific number of work orders nor a specific amount other than the $10,000 set out above. The initial limit of $250,000.00 may be increased by modification as agreed upon by the Contractor and the Contracting Officer up to the maximum of $1,500,000.00. The contractor will not be required to perform work under any work order where the value of work in any one building is less than $500.00. Offerors will be required to submit One (1) ``Multiplier'' to be applied to the various Unit Prices established in the ``Unit Price Schedule''; The Multiplier must contain the Offeror's overhead, profit, bonds, insurance and all other contingencies. No allowance for such items will be made after contract award. Offers are due by 4:00 PM on December 15, 1995.
