The work includes: Providing labor, material and equipment for piling, concrete pile cap, steel aircraft base and related work as specified. The proposed acquisition is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify this office in writing of their intention to quote the project as a prime contractor as early as possible but NLT 09 November 1995. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required bond from an approved surety and specific info which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. Complete info concerning management experience in similar work and current financial statement shall be submitted with references. IF THE REQUESTED INFORMATION IS NOT RECEIVED FROM AN ADEQUATE NUMBER OF SDB CONCERNS, THE QUOTATION WILL BE ISSUED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS BY AMENDMENT.
