This project consists of approximately 10,000 square feet of interior renovations, including, but not limited to the following: demolition of partitions, ceilings, architectural finishes, doors and windows and replacement with new components as indicated on the contract drawings. New HVAC equipment, plumbing, fire suppression system, lighting and power distribution systems will also be installed. In addition, a covered walkway canopy and extensive landscaping will be installed and constructed. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1542. This solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considerd by the agency. Performance period is 240 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
