The Department of State (DoS) intends to issue a draft solicitation to purchase Federal Information Processing (FIP) resources. The DoS intends to purchase desktops work-stations and local area networks for all domestic and overseas organizations. Any parties interested in participating in the acquisition are requested to provide a written request for a copy of the draft solicitation. The draft solicitation will be released for industry comments in December 1995. The written request for the draft solicitation must include a telephone number for a point of contact and complete organization address where the draft solicitation is to be mailed. This notice is not a Request For Proposals (RFPs); it is only a notice for ``sources sought'' for industry comments. (310)
