Criteria which will be issued to evaluate technical proposals is as follows: (1) Technical knowledge and Experience; (2) Ability of the Offeror to provide the Required Physical Plant and Supplies; (3) Supervision and Administration; (4) Safety; (5) Quality Control; (6) Location of the Firm in the General Geographic Area. Contractor will be required to provide one drilling rig to the work site within 24 hours of notification; two rigs within 72 hours of notification; and 6 rigs within a week of notification. (0310)
