The United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) has a requirement for engineering and technical support. The tasks will address those described in the sources sought synopsis issue number PSA-1403 published on page 4 of the 4 Aug 95 edition of the CBD. The requirement focuses on support of the United States Single Integrated Operations Plan (SIOP) through weapons allocation, analysis, and quality review. The contract performance period is anticipated to be from 1 Oct 96 through 30 Sep 97 with additional four one-year options. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7373. The requirement will be procured through full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Those companies that responded to the 4 Aug 95 sources sought synopsis will automatically be placed on the solicitation mailing list. A draft statement of objectives (SOO) is expected to be available for industry comment on or about 29 Nov 95. A Request for Proposal (RFP) is estimated to be available on or about 16 Jan 96. The estimated due date for submission of proposals is 26 Feb 96.
