Concerns having the ability for providing a Community Corrections Center facility for male and female Federal offenders. Thoses interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, training opportunities, and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospitial, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in the Youngstown, Ohio area. Estimated number of mandays are 10,220 (8,585 male and 1,635 female) for the base period and 5,475 mandays (4,599 male and 876 female) for option year 1, 5,657 mandays (4,752 male and 905 female) for option year 2, and 5,840 mandays (4,906 male and 934 female) for option year 3. Estimated issue date o/a 12/04/95. Estimated closing date is o/a 02/02/96. Contract base period is two years, with three one-year options to renew. A Fire-Fixed Price Requirements contract is anticipated. All responsible sources that submit a proposal shall be considered by this agency. No collect calls will be accepted.
