The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and management necessary to provide various types of Storm Drain Systems Cleaning, Inspections, Test, Repair, and replacement, and other incidental related work by means of an Indefinite Delivery Requirements Contract. All responsible may submit an offer which will be considered. This solicitation is for a period of one year. The Government may extend the term of this contract for a term of one to two years. The total duration including the exercise of any option shall not exceed three years. This procurement is not 100% set aside for small business concerns. Estimated Cost Range: $1,000,000.00 - $5,000,000. Plans and Specifications will be ready on or about 19 December 1995. (310)
