The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWPNSDIV), Point Mugu, California, intends to contract for Federal Information Processing support services in support of the Tactical Aircraft Mission Planning System, the Tactical Electronic Reconnaissance Processing and Evaluation System, the Marine Expeditionary Force Intelligence Analysis System, the Technical Control and Analysis Center, Electronic Warfare Database Support and the Tactical EA-6B Mission Support. NAWCWPNSDIV, Point Mugu will issue a draft Request for Proposal on or about 20 November 1995 to all those responding affirmatively to this presolicitation notice. Technical support servcies are required for computer systems embedded within Information Warfare and Mission Planning Systems. These Information Warfare Systems are inclusive of Mission Planning Systems, Environmental Systems, Rehearsal Systems, Imagery Exploitation Systems, Modeling and Simulation Systems, Intelligence Analysis systems, SIGNAL Intelligence (SIGINT) Systems, Communication Intelligence (COMINT) Systems, Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) and Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems. The support services include but are not limited to the following: Systems engineering Software development, performance specifications studies and analysis, interface and integration studies and analysis, electromagnetic studies and analysis, interoperability and standarization systems engineering, Human factor and training studies and anaylsis, modeling and simulation, concepts of Operations and sytems analysis, risk assessment studies and analysis, lfe cycle studies and analysis, Specification development, Software engineering, design and coding standards, Field engineering services, prototype development support, laboratory support, System Integration and testing and Production engineering support.
