issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) on behalf of the Criminal Division
for Facilities Management Services. These services will include, but
not be limited to, the support of an existing proprietary office
automation software environment (the Project EAGLE network solution
provided by Tisoft Inc.). Offerors will be required to demonstrate
expertise with the suite of integrated products that comprise the
proprietary Distributed Processing Network (DPN). The Criminal Division
currently includes within its enterprise network and office automation
environment, the following products: DPN 4.1; AOS/VS II; Sun Solaris
2.4; Windows NT Server, OS/400; WordPerfect Office 2.12; WordPerfect
5.1 and 6.1; FTP Software Inc. TCP/IP with OnNet 2.0 for Windows and
PPP dialer; Cylink SecureGate; IPX/SPX protocol stack; Groupwise 4.1;
Netware 4.1; PC Tare; Travel Manager; Juris; Lexis; and Westlaw. The
successful offeror will have to be able to provide approximately 25
qualified individuals to perform the required services and also provide
training, end-user workstation moves and installs, and printer
installations. All individuals that are expected to work under this
contract must pass a Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office
(DISCO) clearance before performance can begin. A contract will be
awarded with options that can extend the total period of performance up
to (60) sixty months. Interested firms must submit a written request
