The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment tools, materials, and other items necessary to operate the base theater including concessions at McChord AFB, WA. Sources are being sought to determine if there is sufficient interest to perform this service under a concessionaire arrangement. The following equipment will be available for use at the theater projector, sound equipment and concession equipment (i.e. display case). The capacity of the theater will be approx. 510 people and will ready for operation in June 96. The community available to use the theater includes active duty and family members, retired military and civilian employees and family members, total will be approximately 65,000 people. All sources may submit a request for a solicitation package. All offers will be considered by the agency. The release date of the solicitation will be announced at a later date. All interested parties need to submit a written request to this office not later than 24 Nov 95. No telephone requests will be accepted. (310)
