The design will include all boiler plant controls and must be compatible with the existing Johnson Controls Energy management Systen. Design to be completed within 120 days after award. Selections will be based on the following criteria: recent specialized experience within the last three years, professional capacity of the firm to accomplish the contemplated work within the time and cost limitations, professional qualifications of the staff, subcontractors and consultants to be assigned to the project. The estimated construction cost is between $100,000 and $300,000.
