Under the Authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, the government intends to negotiate a modification to an existing contract with Zimmerman Associates for Mail Delivery and File System Management. This modification will add one additional File Clerk due to the increase in documents needing processing. The proposed work is inextricably integrated with the work on the current contract and cannot be reasonably separated from that work. This modification is required as a result of changes in the volume of the work that could not be anticipated at the time of the original award. This modification will cover the current Option Year 1, plus Option Years 2 through 4. The closing date for this requirement will be 45 days from the date this notice is published in the CBD.
