IFB3-696969 and your company's name, phone no., and mailing address. This requirement has a geographical limitation of a fifty (50) mile radius from the Lewis Research Center. Offerors who do not meet the geographical limitation of fifty (50) miles may present documentation for consideration giving justification as to why they feel they should be considered for performance under this contract. The work to be performed under this contract shall include the reproduction and distribution of drawing prints for projects at the NASA Lewis Research Center. Upon request from bidders on Government construction projects, the reproduction contractor shall provide drawing prints in the following two sizes: 30'' x 44'' (full size) or 18'' x 24'' (half size). Also, the reproduction contractor shall be able to convert aperture card(s) to mylars. Request for copies of this procurement should be received as soon as possible in order to facilitate mailing of same to the extent copies are available. The proposed solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside procurement. A fixed price contract is contemplated. Effective October 1, 1995, the Internet will be the only source of NASA Lewis Research Center MidRange synopses and solicitations.
