The purpose of this synopsis is to amend solicitation number F0561195R2020 for Environmental Sampling and Laboratory Analysis that was originally printed in the CBD on 07/11/95. The current solicitation was set aside 100% for a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), this set-aside is now being removed. The solicitation is being amended to be set-aside for a Small Business. All of those prospective offerors who requested packages will be kept on the bidders mailing list. A new solicitation package will not be issued. The RFP closing is extended to 06 December 1995 with an award date on or about 15 Jan 1996. This set aside is being amended in accordance with AFAC 92-50 effective 23 Oct 95. (0311)
