Principal features of work include: general demolition including asbestos abatement; complete renovation including new partitions, doors, laboratory fixed casework, floors, ceilings, HVAC ductwork, fire sprinkler system, plumbing including laboratory gases, electrical distribution system, fire alarm, lighting, and built-up bituminous roofing.
