The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids on a solicitation for replacement of roofs at three (3) residence buildings in the Long Island National Wildlife Refuge Complex, New York, and install new gutters and downspouts as specified herein. This solicitation will also have an additive bid item to replace roof at residence building in the Wertheim National Wildlife Refuge. This is an unrestricted procurement in accordance with Public Law 100-656 and is open to any size business. Estimated magnitude is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Solicitation issue date is on or about November 17, 1995. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered.
