16 -- VH-3 SERVICE LIFE UPGRADE/CNSU POC Contact, RANDALL COHEN, Phone (703)604-2000 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a contract with Sikorsky Aircraft Company for the procurement of supplies and services to update the communication, navigation, and survivability system on the VH-3 Executive Aircraft. In addition, NAVAIR intends to procure supplies and services for a Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) on the same aircraft. These two efforts, which have been prototyped by Sikorsky Aircraft, are the second of three planned CNSU/SLEP lot procurements. Sikorsky Aircraft is the manufacturer of the VH-3 aircraft and the developer, designer, and manufacturer of the CNSU/SLEP upgrade and is the only known company capable of performing the subject effort. - NAVAIR Synopsis No. 30011-95.
