221-9457 (Site Code DADA10) Sources are sought by the U.S. Army Medical
Command, Central Contracting Office (CCO) to provide an Integrated
Modular Medical Support System (IMMSS) and components for Army Medical
Treatment Facilities throughout the Continental United States (CONUS)
and Overseas (OCONUS). The contract period will be for a base period
of one year plus four one-year option periods. The IMMSS shall provide
the following five integrated components/systems: 1.) Administrative
and clinical workstations, 2.) Materials management and handling
systems, 3.) Pharmaceutical modules, 4.) Laboratory systems and 5.)
Nurse station systems. The IMMSS shall be comprised of sub-components
which are modular and interchangeable from one component system to
another without special tools. Products shall be mounted on adjustable
panels, horizontal rails and vertical wall supports. A complete line
of products must be provided to benefit the entire organization, from
the multi-occupancy administrative offices, doctor's offices, exam and
treatment rooms, pharmacy storage and dispensing, medical/clinical
laboratory configurations, healthcare materials management, as well as
nurses stations. Components must be specifically designed to
accommodate material movement and to perform in areas of large material
flow such as patient care units. Integration of sub-components between
the component systems is required in order to provide total
flexibility and standardization. Component systems from different
component manufacturers is allowed, provided the sub-components are
directly interchangeable. The contract requires support services such
as Design Services, Warranty and Product Protection Services,
Restorative Services, and Extended Installation Services. Sources
