Interested firms shall submit SF 254, A/E Related Services Questionnaire and SF 255, A/E Related Services for Specific Project to Contracting Officer, VA Medical Center, 1 Freedom Way, Augusta, Georgia 30904-6285. Area of consideration - firms located within 100 mile radius of Augusta, Georgia. Firms must have a Registered Electrical Engineer and Mechanical Engineer on staff; must be able to provide specifications on 3 1/2 inch floppy diskette for Word Perfect Version 5.1; and must be able to provide original reproducibles on Auto Cad Release Twelve (12). Contract to be for the period March 1, 1996 through February 28, 1997, with options to renew for the next two (2) years. This project is 100% set-aside for emerging small business concerns.
