Concerns having the ability for providing a community residential corrections facility(s) for Federal offenders. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including phone number and a point of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistence and medical and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota area. Estimated total number of mandays are 51,100 for the base period; 25,550 for the first option year; 26,645 for the second option year; and 27,740 for the third option year (males 79%, females 21%). Estimated RFP issue date is December 4, 1995, estimated closing date is February 2, 1996. Contract base period is two years with three one-year options to renew. A requirements contract is anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. No collect calls will be accepted.
