Concerns having the ability for providing community residential corrections services for male and female federal offenders. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting officer listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Stantement of Work. Location of the facility is the Duluth, Minnesota area. Estimated total number of mandays is 4,380 for the base; 2,190 for the first option year; 2,550 for the second option year; and 2,920 for the third option year. Estimated RFP issue date is December 4, 1995, estimated closing date is February 2, 1996. Contract base period is 12 months with three one-year options to renew.
