Provide all necessary tools, equipment, labor, and material to perform acoustic emission (AE) testing and ultrasonic testing (UT) of six tank car storage vessels (each tank car containing 30 tubes) and two modular assemblies (each assembly containing six tubes) for the US Bureau of Mines, Helium Field Operations, Amarillo TX. Testing to be performed at two different job sites: EXELL HELIUM PLANT - located approximately 35 miles north of Amarillo TX on Highway 287 and 1 mile west; and CUDJOE KEY, FLORIDA - located 130 miles south of Miami, Florida on 21.5 miles north of Key West on Blimp Road.
