Under the Statement of Work, the contractor would execute a Repair of Repairable program to repair failed A-6E Night Vision Imaging System Items. All items will be repaired as required and returned to the Government in ready-for-issue condition. Items with NVIS Lighting failures will be repaired such that the characteristics will be in accordance with the NAWCADWAR A-6E NVIS compatible lighting specification. Parts or special tooling will not be supplied by the Government to the Contractor. The work effort for period of performance is estimated in terms of repair of items and not work years. The type of contract contemplated is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract utilizing Fully Burden Fixed Rates on Delivery Orders for evaluation of items and repair of items. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. This requirement is unrestricted.
