The John Cochran Division is located at 915 North Grand Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri 63106 and the Jefferson Barracks Division is located at #1 Jefferson Barracks Drive, St. Louis, Missouri 63125. Prospective bidders shall have knowledge and experience with the following types of fire protection systems at the VA Medical Center: Honeywell FS90, Edwards, Faraday, Notifier and Simplex. This service contract will require the furnishing of all labor, material, equipment, supervision, management, tools, transportation, and supplies for complete testing and documentation, preventive maintenance and repairs of the fire protection systems. Contract will be for a base period of one year beginning February 1, 1996 with option to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods. Invitation for bid will be issued November 27, 1995.
