S -- PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE FOR 2 X-RAY ROOMS SOL F08602-96T0702 DUE 151195. POC Shea Harrison (813) 828-3815 x320; Bobby J. Jones Contracting Officer. MacDill AFB has a requirement to modify existing purchase order 96MA134 to include the maintenance of 2 additional x-ray rooms located at MacDill AFB hospital, building 711. Period of performance will be from 15 Nov 95 - 30 Sep 96. The following 2 x-ray rooms will be covered: (1) GE Advantx and all associated components, to include both Radiographic and Flouroscopic capabilities, and (1) MVP model #45433127 and all associated components with Radiographic and Flouroscopic capabilities, and (1) MVP model #45433127 and all associated components with Radiography capabilities only. Contractor will provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities, and transportation necessary to perform (2) two preventive maintenance inspections, per unit and ``on-call'' total service which includes same day parts delivery, 30 minute FE phone response, and same day on-site response. Service also to include all parts (excluding consumables), including x-ray tubes. SIC is 3844; small business size standard is $500M average annual receipts over the past 3 years. (above that average qualifies as a large business; below that average qualifies as a small business.) The existing purchase order is with a large business.
