S -- RECONFIGURATION OF OFFICE FURNITURE Sol. RFQ 96-01. Due 120495. POC: William I. Hummel, Contract Specialist, 202/682-5482. The requirement is for the dismantling and reassembly of approximately 160 office workstations composed of Steelcase 9000 Systems Furniture, at the agency offices at 1100 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20506. The reassembly will be done in accordance with ``to scale floor plans.'' An additional three workstations of Schuner Hauserman systems furniture will also be disassembled and reassembled according to plans. The work will start on December 16, 1995 and must be completed by December 21, 1995. This is an acquisition under FAR Part 13, simplified acquisition procedures. The procedure used in awarding the contract will be request for written quotations. Release date for RFQ 96-01 and include a self-addressed label.
