T -- PUBLISH AND DISTRIBUTE YEARBOOK SOL DAKF40-96-R-0003 DUE 122795 POC Contract Specialist ANGELA LOCKE EXT 230 (910) 396-4362 (Site Code DAKF40) Provide services to include layout, design, authoring, photographers, photography equipment, film and processing, publishing and bulk distribution for the 1996 Camp All American Yearbook for the First Region (ROTC) U.S. Army Cadet Command 1996 Summer Camp at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Contractor is to be available from the last week in May 1996 through the first week of August 1996. Contractor will work in field environment and may work some evening hours and weekends. Contractor shall be responsible for all sales, marketing, soliciting, and collecting all revenues. Contractor shall look to yearbook and photograph sales to cadets and advertising for revenues. All money transactions shall be voluntary between Contractor and cadets. No Government funds, stationery or other materials shall be used to publish or distribute the Yearbook. The Yearbook shall contain a minimum of 116 pages with 24 of those pages of color photographs, black textured hardback cover sized 8-3/4'' x 11-1/4'' with gold lettering, printing on 80 lb gloss paper or better, and Smyth-sewn binding with rounded backing or better. Yearbook to be delivered NOT LATER THAN 1 NOVEMBER 1996. All interested firms are encouraged to request a copy of the agreement as expeditiously as possible.
