HARVEY, (215)897-6492 The Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies, fire watch, top watch, supervision and Quality Control and clean up necessary to perform maintenance repair services and improvements, including emergency repairs, for the steam, steam condensate, air, potable water, and Delaware River water, storm and santitary sewer systems. Work on all of the above systems shall include repair or replacement of flange gaskets, valves, piping, fittings, flanges, expansion joints, trap assemblies, and hangers. Work on all of the above systems shall also include the removal of asbestos/non-asbestos insulation and the installation of non-asbestos insulation throughout the Naval Base Complex and ASO Depot, complete and ready for use. The work to be accomplished will be in trenches, tunnels, on ledges, at ground level, in open areas, in builings or on scaffolding up to 40 feet high. Machine and/or hand excavations may be required to accomplish repairs on underground untilities. This is a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Work Type Contract.
