The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, transportation, material, and supervision to replace 199 natural gas furnaces, 200 A/C condensers, 200 evaporative coils, 200 thermostats, 200 sets of refrigerant lines and 200 return air boxes/furnaces platforms in Yellow Water Housing. The work on each system (removal of the old and installation of the new system) is to be started and completed before starting work on another system (unless there are enough people on hand to do several systems at the same time).
