The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, transportation, material, and supervision to remove and replace a water-cooled air compressor with an air-cooled air compressor at Mayport Naval Station. Contractor shall remove and dispose of the old Ingersall-Rand low pressure air compressor and associated parts and equipment. A new air-cooled condenser shall be set next to the existing, with both units barricaded. The compressor, condenser, and accessories shall be designed and manufactured as a system.
