It is the Government's intent to negotiate with Cubic Defense Systems (CDS), 9323 Balboa Ave, San Diego, CA 92123 for the Lots IV - VI Ground Data Terminal (GDT) Production Program. During Lots IV - VI GDT Production, the Contractor will fabricate, test, and deliver twelve to fifteen (12-15) GDTs per year (one lot per year for up to 3 years) for use in the Army's Ground Station Module (GSM) elements of the Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar Systems (Joint STARS) program, and provide spares/repair parts, depot level repairs, associated data, and Weapon System Warranty.
