The Virginia Contracting Activity of Defense Intelligence Agency intends to issue a solicitation to procure a maintenance and installation of Intrusion Detection System (IDS). The Contractor shall maintain on the premises of the Government: Central Station and local type burglar, holdup and fire alarm systems including transmission boxes and wire connections, necessary to transmit signals from the protected premises of the Government spaces to the central station. The Contractor shall provide emergency services 24 hours a day for seven days. When notified by the Contracting Officer's Representative, the Contractor shall dispatch necessary repairmen to the emergency location within four (4) hours. The Contractor shall have a minimum of two employees cleared at the Top Secret level and eligible for indoctrination for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. No telephone requests.
