The objective of this requirement is to provide technical non-personal support services at the Turner-Faribank Highway Research Center pavement testing facility (PTF). These services include the operation, maintenance and modification of the Accelerated Loading Facility (ALF) testing machine and other testing equipment at the PTF. These services also include the conduct of in-situ materials tests, and pavement response and performance tests at the PTF. The period of performance is 36 months. Availability of the solicitation is limited and copies will be furnished on a first come, first-served basis until supply is exhausted. All available sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the FHWA. To expedite request, please furnish two self-addressed gummed labels for each solicitation requested.
